One platform. Two connected audiences.
CanadaPropertyService.ca brings together two sides of the Canadian property journey: people exploring homes and agencies managing local enquiries. Building the product from scratch meant defining how both audiences would move through the platform, not simply assembling a collection of property pages.
For the visitor, the experience needed to make discovery more focused and the next step easier to understand. For the agency, it needed to organise property inventory, local coverage and incoming enquiries within a shared workspace.
The brief: create a modern Canadian property SaaS that connects AI-assisted discovery with a practical agency experience.
Start with the journey. Give each task a clear place.
We structured the product around three connected experiences: discovering a property, exploring its details and managing the resulting enquiry. This gives each audience a clear entry point while keeping the wider journey consistent.
The Canadian market informed the product structure. Location, property type and local agency coverage are central to the experience, with territory organisation based on the first three characters of a Canadian postal code. The aim is to connect enquiries with the appropriate local agency and preserve the context of the user’s search.
A dark visual system ties the platform together. Cyan highlights guide attention to search and AI interactions, while amber and green accents distinguish territory information and key actions. Consistent cards, navigation and content panels help the consumer and agency views feel like parts of the same product.

03 / The product experience
From a first question to an organised follow-up.
An AI property concierge
The concierge is designed to gather location and property preferences through conversation. It gives users a guided starting point and helps turn a broad search into a more focused enquiry.
Clear property discovery
Search filters, listing cards, saved properties and detailed property views form a consistent browsing experience. Photos and essential property information support the decision to explore further or contact an agency.
A connected agency portal
The partner workspace brings territory coverage, property inventory and incoming enquiries together. Agencies can review the context of an enquiry and understand its place in the follow-up process.

Modern technology with a practical purpose.
The blueprint brings together Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS for the application experience, Google Gemini for conversational AI, and PostgreSQL with Prisma for structured platform data. Google Cloud supports the planned infrastructure.
These choices support a shared foundation for property content, account roles, agency territories and enquiry workflows. The architecture is intended to accommodate both imported property inventory and agency-managed listings as the product develops.
The product direction
A Canadian property experience built to connect the whole journey.
CPS brings property discovery and agency operations into one SaaS concept, designed from the ground up for its market. The consumer-facing experience provides a clear path from search to enquiry, while the agency workspace gives that enquiry a place to be reviewed and followed up.
The project establishes a consistent product language and a foundation for additional inventory, regional coverage and workflows. Its focus is a more coherent experience for the people using the platform on both sides of the property journey.
