Make complex billing work easier to navigate.
Medical billing teams work across claims, follow-ups and reporting, often moving between separate tools to understand what needs attention. MediFlow RCM set out to bring those activities into a modern SaaS experience built around the people doing the work.
The brief was to create a new platform from the ground up: a shared workspace where teams could understand current activity, identify priorities and move into the next task with the right context.
The design challenge: make a complex operational environment feel clear, organised and approachable without hiding the information teams need.
Connect the overview to the everyday task.
We shaped the product experience around a simple progression: understand the workload, review the items that need attention and track progress. The dashboard provides the wider view, while focused work areas give individual tasks a clear place.
The interface uses a light visual system with generous spacing, consistent navigation and restrained colour cues. Teal, blue and coral accents distinguish information and actions, helping users scan dense screens without making every element compete for attention.
AI assistance is presented alongside the task it supports. The public preview emphasises reviewable suggestions and supporting context, keeping the billing professional involved in the decision.

03 / The product experience
A clearer workspace for billing teams.
An accessible overview
Dashboard panels and visual summaries bring key areas of work into one view, helping teams orient themselves before opening an individual task.
AI-assisted review
Contextual assistance is designed to support the review process, with suggestions presented in a way that users can examine before deciding on the next step.
Connected follow-up
Consistent statuses and organised work areas help teams follow activity across the billing journey and see where further attention is needed.

Modern technology, expressed through a useful product.
The blueprint centres on a cloud-native SaaS foundation, AI and machine learning, workflow automation and visual analytics. It also identifies FHIR-based connectivity as part of the direction for working with healthcare systems.
At a product level, that foundation is intended to support multiple organisations, connected information and an application that can evolve as operational needs change. The public case study focuses on the experience these capabilities support, while keeping architecture, decision rules and integration details private.
The product direction
Bring clarity to the work behind medical billing.
MediFlow brings an operational dashboard, focused review tools and connected follow-up into a consistent SaaS experience. The project combines product planning, interface design and an AI-enabled platform direction around the practical needs of billing teams.
The result presented here is a cohesive product vision: a workspace designed to make priorities easier to understand and everyday interactions easier to follow, with room for the platform to grow.
