Modification of this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time for any legal protection, regulatory or legal reason. We will give notice to all affected parties if there is a substantial change. Some changes may be implemented immediately without prior notice.

You agree to the revised terms if you continue to use or access the Service after the revisions become effective. Please do not use our Service if you disagree with the terms of the revised agreement.

Limitation on Legal Action

The cause of any action arising from or relating in any way to the Services must be filed within the first (1) year after the date your cause accrued. If not, the proceedings under this clause shall be permanently barred.


Online Business Services’ failure to enforce any clause of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver or limitation of its rights to later ensure strict conformity with all provisions in this Agreement.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
